The parking sign clearly shows that this parking lot is mainly for a disabled driver. Do you think this lorry driver is a disable person or he is mentally disabled?
This is quite normal in our society, where some drivers does not care or border for other people facilities. This parking lot has been painted white so that it differs from the lot for a normal person.
